- Changes on the Company’s Board 2009-08-10 07:23:08
On 8th August 2009 a General Meeting of Stockholders of POLDIM Joint-Stock Company took place. It ended a three-year term of office of the Company’s Management. Aside from the regular resolutions endorsing annual financial reports, management changes resolutions were passed.
Mr Wacław Makarski was nominated as the President of the Board. Adam Zych and Władysław Żołądź remain in the positions of Vice Presidents. Moreover, changes were made to all the positions on the Supervisory Board. Its present members are as follows:- Chairman of the Supervisory Board – Lidia Wardzała,
- Vice Chairman – Dominik Dymarek
- Secretary – Teofil Duran
- Member – Katarzyna Kurowska

POLDIM-Mosty (POLDIM-Bridges), which is POLDIM’s subsidiary, participates in one of the biggest investment projects in Upper Silesia, which is
a redevelopment of the Murckowska junction in Katowice along with adjoining streets.

It seems that POLDIM is becoming an expert in building beltways. As everybody knows, we are modernising the bypass route south of Tarnów. In the meanwhile, we started the construction of the beltway of Proszowice when the first spade was ceremonially dug into the ground on 2nd February.
