POLDIM JSC is a company known in Poland and abroad thanks to maintaining the highest standards of construction works, which are always finished on schedule. POLDIM is also noted for its road maintenance services and production of materials for the road building industry.
The vision of the company is best described by the triad: DONE WELL – ON TIME – WITH A WARRANTY, which was confirmed officially at the beginning of the 21st century. In 2002 POLDIM was issued an ISO 9001:2000 certificate which refers to construction and repairs of roads and bridges; development, production and sale of asphalts, modified asphalts, asphalt emulsions, hot and cold mix asphalts. Additionally, the products manufactured by POLDIM have all required quality certificates, as well as excellent references from the company’s customers.
The asphalt emulsions, modified asphalts and cold mix asphalts (QPR 2000, TAR-CAN 2001) as well as concrete products and accessories have won our customers’ recognition. Due to high demand for our products, as well as their well-known quality, new Container Asphalt Emulsions Plants (Wytwórnie Emulsji Asfaltowych) have been opened in a few regions of Poland, namely in Białystok, Kunice (near Legnica), Ogorzelice and Gdańsk. Moreover, POLDIM won a prestigious contract for works on zakopianka (a busy road connecting Kraków and Zakopane), which led to the opening of the Kraków Road Works Branch (Oddział Robót Kraków) in Głogaczów, a town located between Kraków and Myślenice.
POLDIM JSC operates within a holding company along with its subsidiaries and associate companies. The daughter companies are located in Dębica, Jakubowice, Mielec, Mikołajowice, Kraków and Katowice. An associate of Poland is located in Łódź. POLDIM JSC has won numerous prestigious awards for its work, among others: Polish Roads XXI award, given by the editorial team of the Polish Roads Monthly (Miesięcznik “Polskie Drogi”) along with the Road and Bridge Research Institute (Instytut Badawczy Dróg i Mostów) for implementing modern technologies and advancement of modified asphalts production; Reliable Company of the Year 2003 Certificate (Certyfikat “Solidna Firma 2003”), given by the Economic and Consumer White List Program (Program Gospodarczo-Konsumencki “Biała Lista”) which is a project run under the European Commission Agency auspices. POLDIM belongs to an elite club called the Gazelles of Business (Gazele Biznesu), which gathers the most rapidly developing companies as rated by the Pulse of Business Daily (Dziennik “Puls Biznesu”). In 2008 POLDIM received the Transparent Company Certificate (Certyfikat “Przejrzysta Firma”) from the Dun and Bradstreet Poland, a Polish branch of one of best-known rating agencies in the world.
Our good activity in another year resulted in the title of Outstanding Enterprise building pavements by regional roads in the Małopolska Province. It was awarded by the Association of Małopolska Communes and Districts. We also received a very valuable second class award in the competition organized by the Polish Association of Building Engineers and Technicians “2009 best construction”.
Let us also state that in the year 2010 POLDIM joint-stock company joined the exclusive group of companies building motorways. In this particular example it is the section of A1 motorway.
